"Customer service wasn’t much help"
I figured this would be a quick fix, so I reached out to customer service hoping they’d point me in the right direction. Instead, I’m still stuck with the same issue and nothing has really been resolved.

"Not really worth the wait"
I waited in line for a while for this, so I was hoping it would be better. The truffle smell was there but weak, and the flavor just tasted kind of flat to me. Not terrible, but definitely not something I’d queue up for again.

"Shipping took way too long and was a hassle"
My order ended up coming late, and the whole process felt more complicated than it needed to be. I kept checking for updates, but nothing was really clear, so I had to go through too many steps just to figure out where my package was. It was frustrating and didn’t feel reliable.

"Good quality, but I felt a bit misled on freshness"
I ordered a couple of truffle items and, to be fair, the overall quality was decent. The flavor was nice, but one of the fresh products really didn’t seem as fresh as I was expecting when it arrived. For the price, I felt a little misled because I was expecting something fresher and more premium. The packaging was fine and delivery was okay, so it wasn’t a total bad experience. I might order again, but probably not the fresh items.

"Tasty, but I bought it at the wrong time"
It actually tastes good, but I think I picked it up at the worst time price-wise. For what it costs right now, it just doesn’t feel worth it to me.

"Showed up warm and not packed well"
I was disappointed with this order. The box felt flimsy, the ice packs were already melted, and the truffles arrived warm. I’ve ordered similar items from other companies before and they usually come much better insulated, so this was a letdown. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
